Thank you for choosing to book a massage treatment with me at Red Creek RMT! At this time, I am recovering from a back injury and do not have a bookable schedule. I ask that you please add yourself to the waitlist with specific dates / times that work for you, as I will be booking from the waitlist on days my back is feeling up to working. I apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and thank you for your understanding as I take the time to heal.

PLEASE NOTE: The clinic is located on the second floor of the building and is only accessible by stairs.

METHODS OF PAYMENT— I offer DIRECT BILLING to most insurance providers. I also accept payment via e-transfer and cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY— I require 24 HOURS NOTICE for cancelling / rebooking an appointment. Cancellations made within the 24 hour period are subject to a cancellation fee of the total treatment amount. Some exceptions may be accepted.

NO-SHOW POLICY—I maintain a strict NO-SHOW Policy. As such, your Credit Card information is required at the time of booking and the full treatment amount will be charged to the card on file in the event of a No-Show.
