At this time, I am recovering from a back injury and have a limited schedule. I apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and thank you for your understanding as I take the time to heal.

PLEASE NOTE: The clinic is located on the second floor of the building and is only accessible by stairs.

METHODS OF PAYMENT— I offer DIRECT BILLING to most insurance providers. I also accept payment via e-transfer and cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY— I require 24 HOURS NOTICE for cancelling / rebooking an appointment. Cancellations made within the 24 hour period are subject to a cancellation fee of the total treatment amount.

NO-SHOW POLICY—I maintain a strict NO-SHOW Policy. As such, your Credit Card information is required at the time of booking and the full treatment amount will be charged to the card on file in the event of a No-Show.
